Ted On Flex: New Component Release

New Component Release - Monday 6AM PST

I cannot provide any details but there is a great component set being released on Monday at 6AM. Having worked with this new API for the past few days, it is a really great change for both Flash and Flex developers.

Keep an eye out for news Monday AM, I will be posting then.

I don't understand.. are this components going to be apart of the new FLEX 3 framework, or 3rd party components?

can we guess what it might be? I am thinking the brio components maybe, for chat, webcam, whiteboard etc..

I hope it's a fully-javascript-enabled web browser component that can be embeded in flash and flex applications to allow you to display any html page or website within a fully manipulable canvas or movieclip and rendered entirely by the swf player for an ultimate level of cross-platform compatibility.

I know that they will release them in 2008, and I've seen you were asking to be part of the beta... :)
So it's probably those...

I'll try to guess.It's flex component kit final release, and it works both ways, flash to flex and flex to flash.
