Today I updated the Flex directory and the directory crossed 100 Consulting Firms providing solutions using Adobe Flex worldwide.
Flex Directory
It is also pretty interesting that a Flex application got indexed into Google! The only listing higher is flexdirectory.com as a domain. Google is indexing XML files without issue! Sweet.
Cheers,
Ted :)

The missing scroll-wheel support under Mac OS X really sucks.
And it's still a no-go on Opera :(
I know, I know, Opera's onload bug with XSLT processed pages. But you could work around it (using YUI Event lib and onAvailable/onDOMComplete for example instead of onload handler).
Hmmm...
I went to http://directory.onflex.org/ in Opera without problems. Or is that not the page we're talking about?
The best thing about this is that Google is indexing it... that's so great!
Tony, it seems to be Opera for Mac problem then, since indeed on Opera for Windows it works. I'll try to pinpoint it and report bug to Opera.
This bug was fixed in opera mac 9.21. It works fine on opera mac 9.21.
Cheers,
ted :)
Hi Patrick, our firm New Toronto Group (based in Toronto Canada of course ;), has been an Adobe Solutions Partner (and its equivalent with Macromedia), since what seems like the earliest days. We focus on Adobe Certified Training and RIA Development Solutions. Upon my suggestion, our Strategic Accounts Manager, Eric Lysionok, emailed you with a request to be included on the list over a month ago. Please include our info in the Flex Directory.
Thanks.

BTW, loved your posts on the Flex 3 features, and the Flex Directory is a fantastic example of a practical Flex application, I show it to all our Flex students. Thanks! :)
Joseph,
The directory is all self-service. Please complete the form on the site and New Toronto Group will be listed.
Regards,
Ted :)
Is there a reason the filter only works on location? I guess that would be the most useful, but I'd think being able to choose other fields would be nice.
Now that I think of it, weeks ago we had submitted our co. name to the dir., and it didn't seem to appear on the site when I checked back, so I guessed appearance in the dir. was still on an 'approval' basis, sorry for the confusion. No worries, you're doing a great job Ted. I'm sure MAX will be awesome.
Cheers,
Joseph
